Sundance

We live so close to Sundance Resort, it's a shame we don't head up there more often. For those of you who aren't familiar with it, Robert Redford, or "Bob" as us locals call him, founded this wonderful resort as a way to preserve nature. Each January, a portion of the Sundance Film Festival takes place here, too.

At work, I also service both the Film Fest as well as the resort as my accounts...need to start taking them up on some of their free offers!

Kinda partial...

But really, who could resist?

Planes, Trains and Automobiles

Here are a few more pictures of our trip to DC last month...all though I prefer to say three weeks ago because it doesn't make me sound so slow at blogging.

Here's Madeleine making sure our luggage made it onto the flight to BWI.

Yep, we're good to go!

Washington DC has the best Metro system around! It was surprisingly easy to take Baby everywhere the day which we were in the City. I've been on the subway system more times that I can count, due to family trips, school events, vacations, but this was the first time with a child...and a stroller...in the rain...

Madeleine LOVED it!

And, since I love Disney World, but have pretty much been banned by Mark, I had to take a picture of the Dumbo Ride at the Smithsonian!

Ocean City, Maryland

While back East, Mark and I were able to stay at The Atlantic House Bed & Breakfast. Talk about a great time! Although we were only there for one night, the owners made us feel more than comfortable! This adorable little couple from NYC wanted to retire, so they purchased this little gem! It was only a block aware from the boardwalk and ocean, and a few miles from Delaware...chalk another state off my list!

What a great time~
